Temples of Angkor

We were there for the sunrise, and still there for the sunset. The 'lost city' of Angkor has over 100 temples (called Wats) and takes days to explore. We spent 2 full exhaustive days there and were able to see a majority of the temples. The first temple shown here is the main temple.
This temple, Angkor Wat, was built between 1112-52 by Suryavarman II. It is surrounded by a beautiful moat (1.5km by 1.3km) and inside are many buildings. We looked through all of them, and climbed the central complex to the third story, which is 55m high.
